Credits

Pay for the heavy operations only when you use them.

Software downloads and dealer-level configuration carry real cost per vehicle. They run on credits you top up when a job needs it. Unused credits never expire.

1 credit = €1. Packs of 50, 100 and 500 with volume pricing. A failed load is refunded automatically.

Which interface do I need?

A Volvo DiCE or any J2534 pass-thru adapter. The interface is not included in the subscription.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes, any time. A switch takes effect immediately and the unused part of the month is credited to your account.

How many computers can use one account?

Diagnostic and Configurator cover one active seat. All functions covers unlimited seats for one workshop.

What are credits for?

Software download, configuration services and programming carry a per-vehicle cost and are paid with credits on top of the subscription. Diagnostics and repair information never use credits.
